Right next to Cleveland Clinic, the staff were polite, the bathrooms roomy and spotless, the beds super comfy, and the rooms bright and airy; even an iron and board were in the room and there was plenty of storage. Nothing else was lacking, I felt really comfortable.

An exemplary hotel with beautiful décor, huge, comfortable rooms, an outstanding restaurant, a great location for Cleveland’s cultural attractions, and very efficient valet parking for our car.

The location was great because it’s attached to Cleveland Clinic where we had appointments. The rooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious with clean bedding. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Table 45 restaurant was very good. The room TV wasn’t a smart TV, making it hard to find shows. Valet parking cost $45 and wasn’t very efficient; we requested our car before check‑out but had to wait even when the crew wasn’t busy, showing a lack of hustle.
