It’s a well‑located and comfortable hotel, the staff friendly, and the American breakfast was tasty. It’s more of a business‑style hotel; the pool was small and has no recreational areas, so if you stay with kids there’s no activity to do.
The comfort, location, and service were great, but it took over an hour to get our room after the cleaning. Check‑in is at 3 pm, we arrived around 4:30 pm, and we still had to wait for the rooms.

The staff were very attentive, but sometimes the hallways smelled damp. They should check the wet floors in the rooms after guests come back from the pool, because we had a crawling baby and the wet floor prevented him from moving around and drying off.

The hotel itself was beautiful, but the room service left a lot to be desired. Sometimes there was no water or shampoo, and on the last day they folded used wet towels and put them back on the rack as if they were dry. I’ve never seen anything like that in any other hotel I’ve stayed at. The service was awful.
