The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We had the most amazing view from our bedroom and a fantastic breakfast. Great location, we walked everywhere from there. I think guests could maybe just be informed about the parking set up, just to notify them that its quite far from the hotel and that its best to only take small pieces of luggage as you need to climb up the cobblestone stairs
