The staff were kind, the place was clean, and the kitchen was good. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning.

The surroundings were nice. I would have liked to have bicycles as they were advertised so I could explore the area more, but unfortunately none were available.

The agritourism spot is a bit outside Badia Calavena, perched on a hill surrounded by forest and countryside – an oasis of quiet. It’s common to spot wildlife along the loop trail that starts at the courtyard. The property was recently renovated and most of it is finished; a few rooms still need work and the access for guests with mobility issues needs to be reviewed or completed. Food is freshly prepared on the spot, and you won’t leave the table hungry; the prices for breakfast, lunch, or dinner are well worth the quality and quantity. The rooms are on the first floor, reachable only via a staircase ramp from reception, so the lack of an elevator could be problematic for those with mobility challenges. There’s also no courtesy shower near the cup holder in the bathroom for people with disabilities.
