The restaurant staff were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience, and the massage at the spa was one of the best parts of my stay, giving me a great chance to relax. The resort’s location is another big advantage, letting me enjoy the surrounding area and everything it offers. Breakfast was a major disappointment: for the price I expected a much better selection, but the options were limited to muesli, toast, some fruit, one type of cheese, and one type of ham, with no eggs or pancakes, and anything more substantial cost extra. The restaurant itself was also disappointing; I dined once and the tuna steak I ordered was extremely overcooked and dry, almost impossible to eat, and the food quality was nowhere near what I would expect from a resort of this standard. Some reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and asking for assistance felt unnecessarily difficult on a few occasions, which made the overall experience less pleasant. I expected a much higher standard of food, service, and hospitality for the price, and while the resort has positives, these issues significantly affected my experience and there is considerable room for improvement.

“Overall wonderful stay, especially for families with little kids!”

Convenience for families is 10/10: the restaurant, bar, pool, beach, laundry facilities, and kids club are all accessible and close to each other, and the staff are wonderful with kids.
