The location was good and the value was solid; it was a nice place to stay. However, mold was growing inside the shower/bathroom.

We skipped breakfast. On the 3rd floor, the Maintenance Man greeted us, asked how our stay was, and inquired if we had any issues with our room. He was a very nice gentleman and it was thoughtful of him to check on us and offer help.
