I love this hotel for its beautiful views and spacious rooms, and it’s definitely one of my go-to places in Frankfurt. Everything about our stay was great, and the receptionist who checked us in was lovely, friendly, and helpful; they also handled our late check‑out request very professionally, which made our experience even better. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different when we checked out: the receptionist, Jalda, was extremely rude and disrespectful toward me and my friends. I honestly don’t know what caused her to speak to us in such a loud and unpleasant manner, but her attitude was completely unacceptable. It was such a stark contrast to the warm and professional service we received from the receptionist during check‑in, and it’s disappointing that one person’s behaviour could leave such a negative impression after an otherwise great stay. I’ve never experienced such disrespectful treatment at a hotel before, and unfortunately, it has made me reconsider booking with them again.
