Roaches were everywhere in our room, bathroom, and the rest of the floor, so the cleanliness was terrible.

“Terrible. I've asked for a refund.”

The bed was comfy, but there were about 50 mouse droppings in the kitchen. No kitchen table, and a lamp fell off the wall. The curtains fell down. There was no internet, the TV and phone didn't work, and the spa in the first room was broken. The floors were dirty and my feet were sticky when I got into bed. It was a horrible stay; I was very, very disappointed.

I didn't stay at all because the place was worse than filthy, starting with the front door and getting worse from there.

“I ordered three rooms. and each of them was in horrible condition the outside of the hotel, which I didn’t get a picture”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the pictures were nothing like the hotel. It looked rundown, had a terrible odor almost like stale moldy cigarette smoke, and many things were broken. No furniture matched, door knobs didn’t work, and the shower didn’t work. I feel the hotel has a lot of potential if someone just put the time and money into it.
