I booked a stay, only to find men outside the lodge making noise. I waited about 15 minutes at the gate because a car with a trailer blocked the entrance. A man who didn’t identify himself then told me to cancel because he couldn’t accommodate me. I paid for a booking, but was left stranded in town. The host told me to cancel, and I haven’t received a refund to book elsewhere.

The place was filthy, stank, roaches everywhere, the linens were dirty, and the bathroom wasn’t clean.

I was glad to find the place close to everything and the staff were friendly; they even opened the gate for us at 05:00. The only downside was that the kettle and two cups were there, but no coffee.

The management was excellent, and the person I spoke to stayed up past midnight to ensure my check‑in went smoothly and that I had my keys; the room was spotless and ready, and parking inside the premises was easy to enter and exit.
