The room was spacious, but the programmed air‑conditioning was set too high, making it unbearably hot and the night felt like hell.

Breakfast at the bar was decent, yet the room had no windows and felt like a prison cell; the photo showed a window, but it actually looked out onto a corridor. The listing claimed a FREE PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS, yet a paid beach club existed and I had to pay 120 euros for a single night in a cell with a paid beach, which is excessive—at the same price you could get a more welcoming house right by the sea.
La struttura si trova a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Santa Teresa di Riva, in una zona ben servita e dotata di ogni comfort. Il proprietario è una persona estremamente disponibile e precisa. Ottimo anche il servizio colazione, offerto presso uno dei migliori bar della zona. Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare per godersi qualche giorno di relax al mare
Personale molto gentile e accogliente camere praticamente nuove con bagno e servizi al top non si può chiedere di meglio. Nulla è andato tutto veramente benissimo
