“失敗でした”

The staff were kind, but the parking lot was small and there was no street parking light. The hot spring was cramped, the rooms were damp, and the location was worse than the pictures – very disappointing.

“お部屋で居酒屋”

The room was spacious and convenient; we brought our own food and drinks, so we could hold a banquet in the Japanese room. It would have been nice to have an open-air bath in the large pool. The fire alarm rang at night, but no announcement was made. The staff were blunt and gave a bad vibe.

I was surprised – for the price I expected less. The staff are great, the onsen is clean with beautiful water. The room was stylish, roomy, with a balcony overlooking the sea and mountains. It’s a great value. The Wi‑Fi is excellent. I would return. The onsen water detoxifies and leaves skin soft. Overall a great experience. The onsen is older, but that didn’t bother me; good water is the key.

“出来るなら泊まりたく無いけど宇佐美に宿が無い。”

The room was large and cheap. The staff were amateurish, couldn’t explain properly, and there was no USB outlet on the power socket.
