Check‑in is fully self‑service, but the owner is available with an emergency contact number. However, the price for a single room is excessive.

The proximity to the metro was good, but I suggest some plumbing improvements.

The place sits in a great spot, the room was spotless, and the owner was easy to reach.

The setup was good and very clean. The check‑in could have been smoother; the accommodation is about 800 m from the nearest metro stations, so after a long trip with lots of luggage we were pretty exhausted. We still had to contact the host and wait for a reply to get the keys, which added an unnecessary hassle on arrival.
