Getting to the location was straightforward, and the place stayed clean throughout. The decor is minimal yet cosy and comfortable, giving off a good vibe. The caretakers were kind and humble. However, the hotel could benefit from adding room service to its facilities, and a lift or a handyman would help with luggage, as the current model is self‑service.

The hotel is small, with only a few rooms, but everything feels brand new and the rooms are nicely furnished. Pine‑colored floors run through the rooms and bathrooms, and everything is spotlessly clean. Located halfway up the hill on the south side, the hotel is directly accessible by road, unlike other cliffside spots. The rooms offer a partial view of Varkala beach and a direct entrance to the shore. There’s ample parking space. We found the stay very comfortable, even though there’s no on‑site dining; several restaurants are just a short walk away. The only downside is the lack of a lift, which could be a challenge for older guests.

The property exudes a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it ideal for unwinding. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained, and the location was excellent. Check‑in was smooth and hassle‑free from start to finish. Luise was extremely helpful and made the overall experience even better. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Nothing negative comes to mind.

This newly built guest house sits in a great spot near the quieter south end of the beach. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean, but they’re also rather small and lack amenities such as a fridge, TV, and kettle, which makes them feel somewhat overpriced.
