The guesthouse was basic, a bit dated and haphazardly put together but functional. It was clean, and the toilet and shower on the floor were older yet well maintained. The Thai restaurant in the building was closed that day, so I had to cycle a bit farther to the nearest Italian place. The house is very noisy; I woke up at 5 am when the other rooms were bustling.

I stayed in a small, simple, clean room that suited our needs as a transit stop and vacation spot, so I booked again on the return journey. The value for money was fine, and the dinner at Nangfa was great.

The single rooms on the top floor were very tidy, with a toilet and shower on the hallway. Price/quality was good, and parking at the inn was smooth. The check‑in communication about the key box could have been clearer beforehand.
