The staff were exceptional, we had a plunge pool in our villa with a swing, and the buggy service could get you around the resort instantly. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Nice hotel with a big pool and excellent breakfast, yet it’s poorly located and far away, requiring a taxi to reach the center. The beach was mediocre, the food overpriced, and the service didn’t live up to a 5‑star standard: we asked to reheat a dinner we had ordered off‑site and were told to pay 300 bahts per dish! The rooms were dark.

Breakfast was excellent and the hotel’s service level is outstanding, always ready to help, especially the lovely apartment. The beach isn’t good, the room doesn’t match the high price, and food and drink prices are disproportionately high for what we paid; we expected much more. One room had a strong perfume smell and we had to switch rooms twice. The location is far from the center and the hotel doesn’t run a shuttle to the center.
