I landed in a spot that’s hard to beat, and the place itself is kept in tip‑top shape. The rooms are close together and spotless, and the breakfast spread offers a lot of great choices. The staff were courteous and eager to help, making the whole experience a pleasure. No complaints at all.

The historic building is stunning, and the staff are professional and tidy. The restaurant served high‑quality dishes that I savored each time; I’ll never forget the names Arshdeep, Jaspreet, Pradeep, Abhishek, and the wonderful people who worked there. They did what they could to make us comfortable, but a free airport shuttle would have been a nice touch. The staff’s Punjabi wasn’t very fluent, and it would be better if they spoke multiple languages—language skills are a real asset.

The location. The room that we got had the most atrocious view and for a "newer' property, the bathroom in the room felt like it was constructed 5 years ago. The staff who are assigned to clean up need more training. We found dirty linen, floor, etc
