The location and the option to use the holiday over the road for food and drinks were positives. The rooms were very small. The ground‑floor facilities felt like a canteen, so we went over the road to Holiday Inn. It was expensive.

The location near the airport was convenient and the place was clean.

Access to Terminal 2. Continental breakfast could have been better. Fresh fruit salad perhaps or prunes/ tinned fruit. Seeded bread or fruit loaf to toast perhaps

Near to the terminal. Staff friendly. Slow with delivering pizza, and when it was delivered it was the wrong one, had to take back. Bed right against the wall

Friendly staff. Clean. Very handy for terminal 2. Ideal budget hotel. Bed , the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept In. I can sleep anywhere, but I woke up three/ four Times physically hurting. They want to try premier Inn. Beds. We aren't talking about the Ritz
