The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and the location is close to the crater. Shower water is warmed by the sun; cold in the morning, hot in the afternoon and warm in the evening. Good place to stay

We had a terrible stay here. As soon as we arrived, nobody was around to check us in, so we had to knock on a neighbor’s door to find someone. The room is especially small, and if we left the door open for just two minutes a swarm of flies would come in. Even though hot water was supposed to be available, the gas heating system was not working during our stay. On top of that, the door was broken and impossible to lock properly, and the bathroom lighting was extremely dim. We had booked for two nights but checked out after just one…

“On a attendu, pas eu de serviettes mais les lits sont bien”

I had a dorm bed: they are really very large and very comfortable! Also there are only floor beds. There is no reception; you have to wait in the cold for someone to answer on WhatsApp and then open the door. We never got towels even though we asked for them and they’re listed as included on Booking.

The room was very well equipped and comfortable, a good place to watch the sunrise over Mount Bromo.
