The place was nice.

The property was spotless, had nice decor, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the proximity to the GO station was great!

The room had a smell. Even after we changed rooms the smell persisted, and the fan wouldn’t stop, making it really hot and sticky, so we turned the AC on but it made it so cold that our kids got sick. We asked for a crib and it was faulty.

The location was fine, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. The next room’s guest kept the TV on and it was noisy until 3 am, and even after we called the Front Desk repeatedly they couldn’t do anything about it, ruining our sleep completely. Breakfast was worse than basic; the milk was stale, the yogurt ran out at 8 am, and there was hardly any bread or bagel choice or vegetarian options.

The bed was horrible, but overall it was good.
