The hot tub was great, but the breakfast was a joke and a worker outside my window woke me at 7 am; aside from that, it was good.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were very cozy, and the staff were always ready to meet any request; unfortunately, there was no breakfast, but in Palermo you can find an excellent breakfast anywhere at great prices.

The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful—great job! The bed was very comfortable, and the pool and sauna were superb; the breakfast only offered cookies or biscuits, which was disgusting, and there was no wardrobe or similar storage for clothes. It was very loud because the room is on the main street, with constant honking and loud car music even at night, and the city itself is incredibly dirty.

The location was good, but the environment was poorly maintained, the air conditioning was weak, it was uncomfortable, there was no soundproofing, and the management seemed unserious.

The room itself was fine, but the service was terrible with almost no human contact; we had a keychain with 10 keys, three of which were for the room, and no instructions on how to use them, and we had to unlock four doors; breakfast was just dry cakes and water, which was abysmal for the price, making the overall experience horrible.
