The Cambodian cleaners were friendly and helpful, yet the owner—whether Indian or Pakistani—was rude and shouted loudly.

The location was fine, but the room smelled of sewage, the window faced the hallway and let in an awful noise, there was no tea, no coffee, no hangers, nothing to hang towels or clothes on, the toilet was clogged, and you had to walk through the restaurant to reach the rooms… Even for a low price I can’t recommend this place; I had booked two nights but left early to find another hotel.

The location was the only positive, but the receptionist was unwelcoming, no remote control was provided for the air conditioning, the receptionist reclaimed the remote because it was being used elsewhere, the sheets were torn, there were cockroaches in the room, and so on.

The hotel's location was a major plus, but unfortunately, the room reeked like a fish market in Bombay, making it the worst hotel in town.
