I stayed in a place where the owner spoke Czech, Polish, Ukrainian, and English, and everything was very relaxed. The accommodation sits on a large plot with several well‑looking buildings; other guests were there, but I was alone, so it felt completely private. On the ground floor there was a fireplace and a living room that was huge and looked almost monumental. To the left was a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom on the first floor was comfortable. Right next to the lodging was a grocery store. I had no idea whether the accommodation was on the first floor of the building with the groceries or in the buildings behind the fence on the large plot because nothing was marked. The place isn’t on the Elku road but in a village about 8 km away, so you have to plan for that, but I think some guests might be looking for exactly that.
