The place is in a great spot, spotless, and the owner was reachable even after a late‑night booking.

The experience was fantastic.

The breakfast wasn’t included, but the manager told us we could have coffee, and she was very kind and helpful. The room was new and secure, and there were no issues.

The stay was awful: the property didn’t match the listing and had serious shortcomings. I strongly advise against this place. The ad is completely misleading, and the trip was full of inconveniences. We documented everything with photos of each problem. Major issues: Wi‑Fi was unreliable and Netflix/YouTube were unavailable. Basic supplies were constantly missing—no water, coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, or soap—and clean towels often didn’t arrive. On top of that, personal water and food were taken from the premises. The advertised proximity to the beach was false; the hotel is much farther than claimed, and the bathroom shower was tiny and uncomfortable. Ongoing construction on the ground floor produced constant noise that ruined sleep, and we weren’t warned. Two other families left early because of the situation, leaving us alone in the building. The kitchen supposedly had an oven, but none was present; only after repeated requests did they bring a microwave. The mini‑fridge was literally moved from another room into ours. The sheets were old, brown, and didn’t fit the mattress properly (missing corners). The “parking” mentioned in the ad was just a public street, not a private spot. Breakfast was just a croissant.
