“Perfect!”
The place was beautiful, the staff were very kind and helpful, the location was fabulous, and the pool and terrace were especially gorgeous.

The location is a definite plus, and the staff were very friendly, though they could have explained the options a bit more. The room was a cramped, windowless space; the wooden shutters barely blocked out noise, which is essential in the busy centre. The photos are completely misleading, showing a nicer view than reality, so the photographer is a real con artist.

The only good thing is the staff’s attention; the boutique has nothing, the water is lukewarm, there’s no parking, and the Wi‑Fi doesn’t work. They don’t want to invest but charge as if it were luxury. There’s no parking on site, one a kilometre away that you’re charged for, the Wi‑Fi is useless, and there’s no hot water (just lukewarm). It’s an old, poorly maintained hotel, not a boutique.

The pool is beautiful and the lush outdoor bar area is lovely! The bathrooms are small, but still clean and fully equipped. They’re a bit cramped for two people.
