A wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations. We were a large group of 14, with children and elderly, and from the start they adapted exquisitely to our needs (sometimes we made it a bit difficult). We especially want to highlight Ali and Yassin, the receptionists, for their immense kindness, patience, closeness and attention. They took great care of us, were attentive at all times and made everything possible, even with our late arrival, check‑out, and the ability to store luggage. All staff were charming. The cleaners kept everything immaculate, and the cook prepared delicious breakfasts. The riad is truly clean, well‑maintained and decorated with great charm. It smells wonderful! The location is unbeatable: in the heart of the Medina, yet a true haven of peace and tranquility. It’s wonderful to step out directly into the Medina’s bustle and return to find such a calm and welcoming place. We leave with a precious memory and the feeling of having been truly cared for. Thank you from the heart to Ali, Yassin and the whole team. We would definitely return.

The staff at this Riad were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the two gentlemen at reception. We got there late at night and because the taxi could not drive to the door of the Riad one of them met us at the drop off point and walked us back. Again because it was late he allowed us go straight to bed and checked us in the next morning. Once checked in the following morning the other gentleman sat with us with a local map and marked all the recommended areas to visit and some recommendations for food and drinks. He even made a reservation for dinner for us that evening. Again on the morning of our departure wr had an early flight, they booked a taxi for us and walked us to the pick up point. Breakfast was provided and whilst there was no choice it was really good. Selection of breads and spreads, omelette, fruit and yoghurt. Excellent all round

A gorgeous riad in a perfect spot, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderfully friendly; nothing else to complain about.
