There was no hot water, the hygiene level was poor, and the air conditioner didn’t work.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the price was good. However, it was a bit cold in the room because the air conditioner didn’t work well.

The room looked like the photos showed, and we had everything we needed during our stay. When a power outage hit during a big storm, we texted the host on WhatsApp and they fixed it right away—quick response was a big plus we really appreciated. The metro is only a short walk from the accommodation, so we were right in the city center. There are cafés and shops nearby. The flat is on the ground floor, which we liked. The room has blackout curtains and air conditioning. The shower leaked from one side, which surprised us the first time we noticed it, but it can be avoided if you pay attention.

The bed sheets had brown stains and black hairs everywhere, making it feel unsafe to sleep there; the staff were just okay.

The place had just been renovated and is brand new. The beds are comfortable and the room is bright. The metro stop is only a few steps away and takes a few minutes to the Colosseum. Everything is close to the venue. I’ll definitely come back.
