A Sapphire Inn

The staff were great, rooms spotless, and all the services and amenities you could need were available. The location was handy, and I felt welcomed and relaxed. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return. The only downside was that our stay was too short!😄 We frequent this area and will keep staying here in the future.

“It was horrible and I would NEVER stay at such an establishment at again. Saff”

Honestly, there was nothing special except the convenience of its location in Franklin, NC. Ants swarmed, the toilet clogged, and unless we asked, there were no clean towels or toilet paper. We stayed for 4 days only because our relocation plans fell through, and we never received any room service. The room was dirty, the floors hadn’t been cleaned for an unknown time, and the motel itself was clearly in need of repair and maintenance. We also suspected the rooms were rented by the hour or by people selling drugs.

“Accommodations were fair.”

Dogs were accepted, but the room was too small, making it hard to move around with a chair.

“We left and did not stay. It was very univiting the owner was rude.”

Nothing positive. The staff were rude and the owner was waxing her daughter’s arms as we walked in, forcing us to wait until she finished before checking in. They demanded cash instead of a credit card for the deposit, which was very odd. We left and found another place.
