The staff were very welcoming and helpful, giving directions and suggesting places to visit. The breakfast room was nice to eat in but had no cooking facilities, only a microwave, and at tea time we were served sandwiches.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and conveniently located just a five to ten minute walk from central Killarney.
The location was very good, but we couldn’t connect to Wi‑Fi and the shower was very poor.
The shower pressure was too low, coming out like a thin stream. There was too much moisture, and even the windows were wet.
