The spot was close to Myeong‑dong, but it was quite dirty and I even spotted cockroaches. The room’s smell was stale, and the furniture looked pretty old. I suggest paying more attention to cleanliness and doing a thorough pest control.

It’s near restaurants, within walking distance of attractions, markets, and the subway, yet there’s a smell coming from the bathroom and I saw a cockroach on the ceiling light. I felt I paid too much.

Everything matched the photos, and the location is perfect—close to attractions. The room had a robe, water, slippers, shampoo, and even makeup wipes and shaving cream. They also gave complimentary coffee and tea jars. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, there was a bathtub, hot water, and a bidet. The room is spacious enough. Check‑in and check‑out were contactless, and they allowed me to check in an hour early and helped me change my booking after I accidentally booked the wrong dates. The staff speak English.

The location is really good for Seoul. Free laundry is available, but you have to wash the clothes yourself. The room smelled a lot like sewage, especially when the toilet door was slightly open. The staff kept giving us only a bath towel, so we had to go to the reception every day to get a new one. On the last day they forgot to give us any, so on the departure morning we left without a towel and still wet from the bath. Additionally, the staff were not very good at English.
