“Worst experience in my life”

Nothing good to say. The staff were terrible; I had booked for 800, but they wouldn’t give me the room at that rate and demanded an extra 1500. The AC didn’t work properly, the room was messy, and the staff were uncooperative—overall a very bad experience.

“They said no booking existed in my name”

My experience at this hotel was a nightmare from the start. When I arrived at the reception, I was told that my booking did not exist, despite having confirmed it online. To make matters worse, I was forced to pay a higher price for the room than what I had initially booked, which was already more than what I had paid online. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

“The room and the toilet was dirty and the previous customers things are also available inside”

I was quite disappointed with the state of my room, which was almost in disarray. The bathroom was also in a poor condition, which added to my frustration. Despite this, I was able to get a decent night's sleep, but the overall experience was marred by the cleanliness issues.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not without its issues. The bathroom amenities, including the bucket and mug, were not up to par, which was a bit of a letdown. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the subpar bathroom amenities detracted from my overall experience. I had hoped for a better experience, but it was not to be.

My first experience at this hotel was a disaster. When I arrived at 10 pm, I was told that there were no rooms available, despite having booked one earlier. However, I was offered a room at a significantly higher rate, which I was not willing to pay. I checked again and found that there were indeed rooms available, but the staff refused to honor my original booking. This led to a heated argument, and I was eventually forced to threaten to involve the police.
