We felt instantly welcomed, especially by Humayra who was very helpful and friendly. The location is spot‑on and every comfort you could ask for is there. However, guests sometimes try to check in outside of the scheduled hours and keep ringing the doorbell for a long time even when the reception is closed, which wakes us up in the room early in the morning or late at night—perhaps someone forgot their keys. It might help to disable the doorbell during off‑hours.

The staff were friendly and the service excellent, with coffees, water and luggage assistance. The hotel’s location is great for the Borghese Gallery, Piazza Barberini, and easy bus access to Trevi and the Pantheon, plus nearby restaurants with classic Roman food. The room is lovely and modern. Nothing to complain about.
