I had a special request that was supported, and their support for meeting clients’ needs was excellent. However, I was not allowed to view their cameras while trying to investigate my lost luggage, which I wasn’t sure if it was left at the hotel parking lot or stolen en route to our next destination.

I arrived late, so I couldn’t see or experience the whole property and staff, except for the front desk, which was easy and efficient and my room was clean and fresh. I love that it was beachfront, especially as someone from Gauteng. The breakfast was amazing, with many options for someone on a weight‑loss journey. I enjoyed my stay a lot even though it was short, and there was nothing negative.

The reception and staff were very professional, yet the room was too small for my family, with three single beds that were supposed to be double beds, making it impossible to accommodate the kids; everything felt unprofessional and the money I paid was not worth what we received, plus the carpets had a dirty smell.
