Excellent staff, but the property needs some attention.

The location was excellent, right in the old town, which was brilliant. The bedroom was generous, and breakfast was nice. The day staff were fantastic, but the evening staff were inattentive and aloof. There was no parking for dropping off luggage, making it hard as traffic backed up when we tried to unload and check out. Our bed was rock hard and the pillows were the same, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There were no coffee and tea making facilities in the room, which was disappointing, and our room had a shower over the bath with a shower curtain that I don’t like.

Nice room, great bed, jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff really make it extra special! Price‑quality is top. A tiny issue: there was no soap dish, and the location is a bit busy in the evening, but that didn’t affect our sleep. All in all, excellent!
