“Was very bad as we didn’t get to enjoy private pool”

The staff were fantastic and the resort’s food was very good, but the place is so calm and quiet it feels like a vacation. I had chosen a private‑pool villa, yet the pool water was freezing. We paid extra for that option, then called reception to ask about heating, and the receptionist said it would take about 8 hours to heat the water. I told them to heat it so I could use it in the morning, and the receptionist promised someone would come, but nobody did. I wouldn’t recommend booking a private‑pool villa; the best choice is a villa without a pool because I could only spend under 5 minutes in the cold water.
