“Carísimo en relación a lo que recibimos”

The surroundings were nice, but I felt we weren’t in the same place we had seen online. The price was high compared to what we received. We’d stayed at several hotels before and thought this would be similar, but it wasn’t. The photos on the website set a different expectation. Some areas were neglected and others not operational. We had chosen a room that looked refurbished—bright and beautiful as shown in the pictures. Instead, we were given another room, and when I asked, they treated it as a favor, saying it was the same, but it wasn’t the room we had selected. The room we got had a small fan on a chair. The bathroom kit was individual and of very low quality. There was no wifi. The breakfast was disappointing: basic, with no fruit, yogurt, cheese, or ham. Eggs were only available if you requested them.

“Loved the peace and quiet, pool and the dog. Pappa was lovely.”

I loved it—clean and comfy with beautiful views, and I felt like part of the family. They even drove us into town to their favorite restaurant. The only downside was that there were no washing facilities, but that’s fine.

“Tranquilidad y buena comida”

The food and breakfast were exceptional. The tranquility of the place, the pool, and Rodrigo’s hospitality made the experience very good. Everything was perfect.
