The resort’s concept is good, but the villa needs a lot of maintenance; most facilities aren’t working and the pools are unclean. The massage therapists lack sufficient experience.

The beach, the quiet, and the calmness were great. The internet was the only drawback.

The staff were very friendly, which is super important. Dinner by the pool was great, and the pools were nice. We had a butler, but each use cost $10; we booked an all‑inclusive VIP room with a jacuzzi and pool, so we didn’t have to leave the room, but it cost a lot extra. If you had to walk across the resort every time you wanted a glass of wine or to pay the butler for it, all‑inclusive and butler service is no different from room service; it’s not what you think it means and is misleading. We decided to downgrade to a standard room and pay for drinks and food, which worked out cheaper. We just didn’t have a spa. The TV was only for show, it only ran commercials all day. For one day, the power went out, the toilet didn’t work, we couldn’t get ready, so we were late for dinner and most of the food was gone because it took two guys to repair the toilet. Basically we just slept in the bed. Bathroom facilities at the main pool had a broken toilet seat and the toilet didn’t flush. Things were old. We had a good time, and I found memories from four years ago when I stayed there. Things have changed.

We would not recommend this hotel. We had mixed experiences. At first glance, the property looks very nice, but a closer look reveals many details that urgently need renovation or better organization. The managers were always very polite, present, and available for a conversation—even during dinner—which we appreciated. Our second room was clean and in good condition. The food was overall fine: nothing special, but not bad either. Sometimes there was live music in the evening, creating a nice atmosphere. Around the pool several floor tiles were damaged, the umbrellas were often broken, and the pool floor was already peeling. The pool edge is poorly finished—rather than a clean finish with tiles or plaster, it looks provisional and unkempt. The villas are on land and have private access to the sea, but that access was partially defective and unusable. The beach is hardly signposted and rather hidden—we actually discovered it only after five days. The all‑inclusive offer is misleading: many drinks are not included, afternoon snacks cost extra, and from check‑out at 11 am everything must be paid additionally. Our first room had a dirty shower wall and a broken toilet. After a repair it worked only twice before failing again. When we requested a room change, the reception initially demanded a $500 surcharge, even though the other room had become cheaper. Only the manager could get us the room without that extra cost. In the spa we were not given the previously agreed prices. Despite the manager’s intervention, we received only a 20 % discount instead of the promised offer, so we ultimately didn’t use the spa.

The vibe was super relaxing and peaceful, with a gorgeous setting. The staff, especially Bahadi and the two managers, were incredibly accommodating and always ready to help. The food was absolutely delicious; every meal felt like a highlight, and we were already looking forward to the next one. We’ll definitely return to this place. Nothing was lacking – it was flawless.
