Thanks to Tiaan and Jani for their friendliness; Tiaan, whom we called at 06h45 to help us with a technical/electronic issue getting our vehicle started, did so with a smile on a bitterly cold Upington morning and was a wizard, letting us be on time for hospital appointments; thanks Tiaan; the cleanliness was lacking.
