The location was great, the staff were very courteous, and the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was included from 7 am to 10 am, but on Saturday and Sunday I couldn’t use it; the room was very small and always full.

Not far from the city centre. The hotel was advertised as 4‑star but felt more like a 3‑star, old and in its own style. The room wasn’t very clean, the air‑conditioner was dusty, there were few options for breakfast, not enough tables to eat, the coffee machine’s plug was in bad shape, and the desk lamp and alarm clock didn’t work.

The place itself was clean. The reception gave us and another guest the same room, so when we were sleeping the other guest entered at 23:15 and woke us up; the receptionist just said it was an error and that we didn’t need to make a fuss.

Bathroom was clean and free parking on site. Check in took an excessive amount of time. No elevator at property which made it a little awkward going up stairs with baby stroller. Phone number for the property on the site is incorrect. A woman answered the number and provided the correct number for the property. Email sent to property wasn't working. Requested a crib when reserving but none available and was told that that type of request must be done directly with the hotel not . After the long check in process had to return to lobby to request sheets, blankets and pillows for the sofa bed in the second room. (reservation indicated 3 people would occupy one room 2 people and infant in the other room) Was provided with pillows but no pillow cases. No information provided for WiFi pwd. Rooms described as King but was rather small and cramped
