There was nothing positive to mention. The kitchen had no wash basin, the bathroom basin had no plug, there was no mirror in the bathroom, no shower curtain or door, no Wi‑Fi, no restaurant or room service as promised, and no proper parking. You will have to refund the last night because we left the next morning. The bedding was terrible—only blankets—and how can you allow accommodation like this on your platform? Disgusting!

They ought to offer breakfast for visitors, because some of us don’t know where to eat in the morning, and the study tables and chairs were too small for preparing for the next workday.
