“Be aware of the fraudulent activities of the staff”

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location is somewhat decent if you plan to visit Fort Kochi Beach. However, the reception staff tried to charge us twice for the rooms, and the manager was present during the incident but did not intervene. Seeing the reaction of the customer ahead of us, it seemed this might not have been an isolated case.
