The breakfast attendant, a young lady, was a real gem—fast, efficient, warm, and welcoming, making guests feel special; she’s a hard worker and a great brand ambassador, and I’d stay again just to enjoy her bright, cheerful vibe. The male housekeeping staff member went out of his way to help me find ice, and overall the staff are kind people.

The location was very nice and the stay was generally good, but pet owners should be aware that a pill was found at the bottom of the bed—please check thoroughly to keep your dog safe from any medication left by previous guests.

The location, amenities and room design were all great!. At the end of the day, I come to a hotel to sleep. Unfortunately, despite the temperature being set to 70, the room felt hot at night. Also, there was bright green light on the ceiling above the bed that would flash every couple of seconds! I lost hours of sleep each night!
