“Helpful staff, room very dirty-do not recommend”
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room size matched what was advertised, but the room itself was a mess: unknown crumbs covered the floor, fast‑food trash littered the space, several large dead bugs were present, hair lay all over the beds when the comforter was pulled back, and white stains appeared on the window and curtain beside the bed. I was in town because my toddler had surgery the next morning and needed a sanitary bath; the bathtub was rusted, dirty, and full of hair. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The front staff handled the situation as needed, but I won’t stay again or recommend it.
