“Chętnie tam wrócimy, żeby eksplorować te cudowne tereny na rowerze :-)”

The owner, a lovely lady, made us feel at home, and the place itself turned out to be far from remote – the area around Dwingeloo is magical and the hotel sits right on bike trails. The breakfasts were decent and served in a cozy, atmospheric dining room, and overall the price‑to‑quality ratio was very good. The downside is that the bedrooms are on the upper floor and you have to climb steep stairs, which might be hard for some people.

“Een aanrader!!”

The reception was warm and welcoming, and the accommodation itself is beautiful, set in a nice spot with several cozy outdoor seating areas and a good breakfast buffet. There is a large parking lot and a locked shed for bicycles. The only drawback was that we had a spacious room with a sitting area, while our friends were given a very small room for the same price.

We were greeted warmly and helped by the B&B staff to locate all the coffee and tea options. The room was fantastic, the breakfast superb, and the breakfast hall was lovely – you could even stay there in the evening with your own wine or beer. Outside, there were also nice seating spots set up.

“Originele kamer in mooie boerderij die rustig gelegen is met veel zitjes buiten”

The original, roomy farmhouse room was a highlight, and the breakfast in the cozy dining room was excellent. The hostess was very pleasant, and the location is just outside the village, within bike distance of the Bospub, which offers a perfect spot for eating and drinking. The only issue is that the stairway up is narrow; it wasn’t a problem for us but might concern people with mobility difficulties.
