Considering the price‑performance ratio, you can’t expect luxury. If you want a cheap place to stay, you’re in good hands here. The location is quiet, with street parking, yet only 100 m from the water and about 25 minutes on foot to the centre. Everything matched the description!

Near the golden beach, the place was clean despite everything else. There was no effort at the reception, they even asked us for keys we had already left on the hook as planned, and they made no attempt to maintain the property: everything looks like it dates back to the 70s (except maybe the shower curtain). The bathroom door slammed with a horrible crash. We left after one night because it was just too grim.
The location was close to the center if you have a car. The drainage smelled.

The owner’s responsibility—our flight was delayed and we arrived after 23:00, the latest check‑in time, but we were still let in.

The welcome was great, with excellent communication and availability. The setup is practical, essential and efficient. We stayed only briefly; the bunk bed was a bit low for the person on the bottom.
