Only the staff were good. Most things were very old, like the toilets and towels. There was no elevator, and the place felt more like a house than a hotel, making it unsuitable for families with children. The presence of dogs with guests, sitting on chairs in the garden outside, was extremely disgusting.

The staff are extremely kind and efficient, and the place as a whole is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. The breakfast is perfect. The sink holds water; the water drips very slowly, leaving residue that creates a certain disgust.

The place looks stunning and has a cozy, intimate vibe, with staff who are incredibly friendly and helpful; it sits right in the centre, a short walk from Capivari village, and the room was spacious, charming, quiet and comfy, while breakfast was tasty and the overall atmosphere felt very welcoming. However, the bathroom was freezing cold with no heating, and on the last night the smoke from the hotel’s own fireplaces drifted into our room, which was quite unpleasant; the external parking lot felt isolated and, although it seemed safe, we weren’t comfortable coming and going with the car.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel lacks accessibility: there’s a staircase with 15 steps to enter and no elevator to the rooms, which isn’t clear on the website. At 58 years old with knee osteoarthritis, it was quite difficult.
