The location was good. We chose a room with a private bathroom, but it was actually outside the room and the toilet was dirty upon arrival, with hair in the bowl; the sink was also dirty. Additionally, we were on the second floor, and to get there you must climb a very steep staircase with short steps, which is not very accessible; the descent feels dangerous.

The place looks sleek and feels really cozy, especially the lobby with its clever furniture and a kitchen stocked with everything you could need. It was the first hotel I’ve seen in Chile that actually has central heating in every room, even the bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, so I’d definitely recommend it.

A wonderful, quiet spot where we could unwind, and the little sheep that wandered around added a charming touch.

The house itself is gorgeous, but the bathroom had a nasty sewage smell and the heating in the bedroom simply didn’t work.
