The spot is spot‑on – right in the middle of everything you’d need, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. I liked how easy it was to get around without a car.

Silvio and Tomás were super friendly, gave me solid tips on where to eat and what to see, and Silvio’s directions to Palacio San José were spot‑on. The shared kitchen has a fridge, kettle, dishes and a little bar, and the neighborhood is quiet enough for a relaxed evening. The bathroom, though, feels stripped down – the sink is tiny, there’s no anti‑slip mat in the shower and the electric shower gave me a bit of a scare; a written guide would have helped.

The place is really quiet, perfect if you’re looking to unwind after a busy day. I appreciated the calm vibe and the lack of noise from the street.
