I can’t stay, but I paid for the night; they welcome it. I can’t stay because of many bed bugs and cockroaches. They attack within minutes.

The manager, the location, and the spaciousness were positives. The toilet was broken and could be improved a lot.

1.服務人員態度親切：有一位自稱娶台灣老婆的印度裔馬來西亞宿主很親切，積極給予我必要支援 2.房間視野佳：可以看到櫛比鱗次的吉隆坡高樓大廈，一樓公共空間有游泳池，頗具高級度假酒店的氛圍. 1.Check-In程序混亂：曾有事先詢問是否可先寄放行李，對方回應可以，但沒事先說須收費。一到旅宿，櫃檯沒有人員，不知道該去哪裡季放行李，後來終於問到在搭電梯入口處的一位警衛說可以寄放行李，但被收8令吉。 2.房間髒亂，菸味重：該旅館感覺比較像是AirB&B，各房獨立經營。當天住到的房間，裡面有很多感覺應該是房東的朋友在公共區域抽菸，被迫一直吸二手菸。廁所、床的清潔也堪憂，離開後，對這間呂素只留下浴廁潮濕、床墊黃垢、殘髮斑斑的印象。 3.未提供早餐：訂房時，頁面顯示有供早餐，但實際上卻未吃到早餐
