“Bad experience never going back”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this place - it's like they're trying to win some kind of award for the most inconsistent experience ever. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which was a nice surprise considering how run-down the whole hotel looked. The rooms were tiny but spotless, and the bed was actually really comfy. But then you'd walk out into the hallway and it's like a whole different world - peeling paint, flickering lights, and a general air of neglect.

The hotel's location was pretty central, but that's where the positives ended. The room I was given was a complete letdown - it was nothing like the photos I'd seen online, which made me feel like I'd been misled. The real room was cramped and lacked even the basics, like a working fridge or a decent shower. It felt like they'd been trying to pass off a subpar space as something it wasn't.

“Hassle free check in and check out and pretty peaceful place to stay”

The hotel's location was a major plus – it was super convenient for getting around the city. The property itself was also really beautiful, with some lovely design touches. Unfortunately, the food was just okay – it met my expectations but didn't blow me away. Still, overall it was a solid choice for a short stay.

This hotel had some major issues. The rooms were filthy, which was pretty gross. To make matters worse, there was no room service, so you had to go out for food or eat at the lobby restaurant, which wasn't great. And to top it all off, the air conditioning unit in our room was leaking water, which we reported to the manager but they never fixed it.

The hotel had some major issues that made my stay pretty uncomfortable. The room was a mess, with sanitary pads just lying around in the bathroom - it was like they didn't even bother to clean it properly. And to make matters worse, there was a coil heater in the bathroom, which is just a fire hazard waiting to happen. I'm not sure how they got away with this, but it was definitely a red flag.
