I spent three wonderfully relaxing nights at this beautiful B&B. Robin was a great host, warm, attentive, and always with good tips for restaurants and hikes in the area. Every morning there was a tasty, freshly prepared breakfast, uncomplicated, without fuss, and just right for a good start to the day. My room was a dream: huge, super clean, quiet, and equipped with everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept wonderfully. The lovely bathroom was also well equipped. The location is perfect; the B&B is a great base for hikes in the beautiful surroundings and is also only a short drive from Shrewsbury. It is also very convenient that you can park directly at the house for free. The lounge is very cozy, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the garden. A real highlight is the large, beautifully maintained park around the house; make sure to take the time to really enjoy it. I felt completely at home here and would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful stay at Old Hall Cressage. The hosts were kind and truly very nice. The breakfast room offered a beautiful view of the garden, which was set up enchantingly, all the way down to the River Severn, creating an oasis of relaxation from the first minute. The host served us a very tasty breakfast every morning (the omelette is highly recommended) and gave us loads of information each day about what is worth seeing in the surrounding area, which is a lot. Three days are far from enough for that. Old Hall is 100 % recommended, and we would love to come again. Thank you for the hospitality ☺️☺️☺️

The Old Hall, Cressage is an exceptional place to stay. It has lots of charm and is in a stunning location. Our room was huge with a superb en‑suite bathroom. Robinson, our host, was very welcoming and cooked superb breakfasts with plenty of choice. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Old Hall to anyone.

The property exceeded our expectations. Our room was excellent with all the facilities one could wish for. The lounge, which was made available to guests, was very spacious, with stunning views. The breakfast was also very good. The host was extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave lots of ideas.
